First of all we arrange a meeting to view your property and further discuss how we can help you. If you then decide to sell to us, we handle all the paperwork.

For a quick house sale we'll buy properties of sizes, age, and in all conditions. We generally buy properties below market level at anywhere between 80-85% the value of the property. We have a team of investors and developers willing to purchase your home quickly with very little fuss.

2. How do you have the ability to buy my house quickly?

We usually purchase properties and complete in 3/4 weeks. Though, this can be completed quicker depending on discount and ease of vendor's move. We have a team of investors looking to purchase property for the long term, hence why our sale and rent back is so popular!

3. How much will this actually cost me?

Absolutely nothing. Where estate agents will charge you between 1 - 5% to sell your home. At The Quick Property Sale we offer you a no cost no obligation to sell your home. We'll pay all your legal fees and all the costs involved in the selling process. You have the choice of using your own solicitor or you can use our reccomended in solictor.

Note: If you already have your house on the market with an estate agent. Please read through your contract with them carefully as they may charge you a fee, even though you haven't sold your house through them. To fair, this is a rare situation, but you're advised to check and double check anyway.

4. What if I want to sell my house but don't want to move?

No problem. 9 times out of 10, we'll be willing to purchase your property and then rent it back to you at market rate. You'll be on a proper assured shorthold tenancy (ast) which will protect your tenancy by law and safeguard your future in YOUR home. We say your home because you no longer own the home but we still regard it as your home.

5. What type of properties do you buy?

We buy all types of properties and in all areas. We even buy properties that already tenanted.

6. If you buy my property and I don't want to use your rent back system, would I need to move straight away?

Not at all. At a convenient and mutual time to both parties, we can accomadate you for any time period. We're completely flexible and choose to cater to your needs. You'll still be on a contract, though, the contract term would be shorter.

7. How long do I have before I accept your offer?

Our offer is valid for one month. We'll look at your property after this period but reserve the right to re-asses the offer and circumstances.
